A well-established allied health clinic in Keilor Village is seeking a warm, confident and engaging Occupational Therapist to join their growing team. With a strong paediatric client base and a growing waitlist, this is an excellent opportunity to join a practice known for its welcoming culture, supportive staff and commitment to high-quality therapy. You will work predominantly in-clinic, with optional community sessions in nearby schools or childcare centres. Scheduling is handled by the admin team, and travel is minimal (never more than 30 minutes each way). This role is open for Occupational Therapists of all levels, offering great mentoring, supervision and generous PD opportunities Full-time and Part-time options available. Key benefits Generous salary ranging from $75,000 - $115,000 Predominantly in clinic with options to work in community settings (schools and kindergartens) Paediatric caseload Full administration support - scheduling, calls, client coordination and invoicing Travel allowance and company for community clients WFH for report writing $1,000 PD allowance Warm, social, supportive team culture (dinners, coffees, small perks) Flexible hours and genuine work–life balance Open to full-time or part-time Responsibilities Provide paediatric occupational therapy services in clinic and occasional community settings Work collaboratively with parents to set realistic, child-centred goals Conduct assessments, intervention, and progress reviews Keep accurate notes and complete reports (home or clinic) Communicate effectively with families, school staff and other professionals Maintain a sustainable caseload of approx. 4–5 clients per day Participate in team culture, meetings and professional development Requirements Degree in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration Interest in paediatrics (experience preferred but not essential) Comfortable engaging with parents and families Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Open to delivering high-quality clinic-based therapy with occasional school visits Commitment to a positive team culture and long-term fit Interested in this position?
